CPD focus is always the cohort-wide weakest two, regardless of class filters. Reteaching shows each class's own two weakest - narrow by class above to check a single teacher's rows.
"Max per list" caps each watchlist to its top N students by magnitude before grouping by class - turn it down to manage workload on a large cohort.
One page per class - target attainment, tier mismatch, most costly topic/command, reteaching, all three watchlists, and a full below-target list, each capped for length so it stays to one page.
Data model note: every row is one (student × question). Filters and charts are built dynamically from whatever distinct Broad topics / Command words / Classes appear in the uploaded file - so this rebuilds correctly each year even when the number of questions, topics, or papers changes.
